5 Stars Heavenly!
Just when you thought there wasn’t anything more credible than the Kabbalah as currently constituted, along comes P.S. Berg’s “Kabbalistic Astrology,” which adds the precision of astrology to the mix.
I happen to practice the casting of bones, so naturally I’m interested in Berg’s oeuvre. As soon as I figure out the meaning of the third metatarsal, I’ll be adding my spiritual gifts to this mass of wisdom.

5 Stars Didn’t Think I’d like them but I DO!
I bought these because I love fairies. I did not expect much from the cards though. It was an impulse buy. Years ago I once listened to some audio tapes by Doreen Virtue and was not especially impressed with what she had to say. I don’t recall exactly which of her many products it was but it seemed rather fluffy.
I have been pleasantly surprised by this particular Virtue product. I have really enjoyed the art and the messages. The cards have a lot of wisdom and each has a positive affirmation to go along with it. You really can’t go wrong with whatever card you choose. The box says “There are no negative or frightening cards or images”. I appreciate this as I have been cautious when it comes to Tarot cards which I believe might be dangerous–although I really know little about them.
I have been quite amazed by the Fairy cards. I have used them many times now–yet I haven’t even viewed all 44 cards. I have seen only the back design of many of them. I am literally choosing the same cards over and over again while at least half the cards I have yet to come across. This is synchronicity! It is no accident. It just can’t mathematically be possible with the number of times I have used them. There is something guiding me in what I choose. I do hope it’s the fae. These cards work, are helpful and lots of fun.

2 Stars Disappointing
I have many types of divination cards which I collect for fun, their wisdom and their beauty. Some have beautiful creative illustrations. These cards are very disappointing. The illustrations are amateurish and the reproduction of the images is dull and lacking depth. I bought 3 sets and am returning 2 that I purchased for gifts. I would never give this to anyone as a gift. (I am only keeping the 3rd set because I wrote on one of the cards.)

Light on Life An Introduction to the Astrology of India

Light on Life brings the insight and wisdom of Indian astrology to the Western reader. Jyotish, or Indian astrology, is an ancient and complex method of exploring the nature of time and space and its effect upon the individual. Formerly a closed book to the West, the subject has now been clarified and explained by Hart de Fouw and Dr. Robert Svoboda, two experts and long-term practitioners. In Light on Life they have created a complete and thorough handbook that can be appreciated and understood by those with very little knowledge of astrology.

5 Stars Excellent Book
This is a excellent read. Personally having Indian roots but having studied western Astrology, I found that this book helped fill so many gaps in my knowledge, which I simple accepted as facts earlier.
If you want to dive into why ? and how ? this book is the best one you can choose. The language is fluid, at times its hard, but makes a very good read. Would recommend it to anyone with a bit of western knowledge who wants to learn the Indian system as well.

Osho Zen Tarot The Transcendental Game Of Zen

Osho Zen Tarot The Transcendental Game Of Zen

When life seems to be full of doubt and uncertainty we tend to look for a source of inspiration: what will happen in the future? What about my health, the children? What will happen if I make this decision and not that one? This is how the traditional tarot is often used, to satisfy a longing to know about the past and future. This Osho Zen Tarot focuses instead on gaining an understanding of the here and now. It is a system based on the wisdom of Zen, a wisdom that says events in the outer world simply reflect in the outer world simply reflect our own thoughts and feelings, even though we ourselves might be unclear about what those thoughts and feelings are. So it helps us to turn our attention away from outside events so we can find a new clarity of understanding in our innermost hearts. The conditions and states of mind portrayed by the contemporary images on the cards are all shown as being essentially transitional and transformative. The text in the accompanying book helps to interpret and understand the images in the simple, straightforward and down to earth language of Zen.

5 Stars Never seen a more gorgeous deck
The art is incomparable. The four traditional suits are replaced by elements, so that might be a tad confusing, but not really once you get used to it. If the art is most important, get this. If you are used to the four traditional suits, you may want to pick another deck.
